Welcome to the 2019-2020 school year at Parkmead Elementary School.
The Parkmead Membership Toolkit portal allows you to connect with other Parkmead families using the online directory, volunteer for school events and make a donation to our Parent Group (PERC). It is important that all families provide their information here. Collection of this data will ensure you are added to our weekly E-News list, which is sent out every Wednesday.
We highly suggest taking just a moment to quickly Bookmark this page so that you will always have quick access to all your school resources!
Welcome Back Day is August 8, 2019 from 4pm-7pm. You will need to bring:
- Required residency documents
- Emergency forms printed from the Aeries Student Portal
- Receipt of completion through the Parkmead Membership Toolkit (this website). Once you have finalized your account and made any voluntary donations, click on My Account, Update My Account, and Membership tab and print that page. Bring your receipt with you on the 8th.
We cannot provide Parkmead students with the best possible experiences without your financial help. This year our annual fund is $250 per family. Membership Toolkit collects data by family (not by student) so your voluntary donation is also by family not per student. This voluntary donation goes directly to the Parent Group to fund grade level field trips, classroom supplies, special classroom activities and whole school events like the Fall Carnival, One School One Book, technology purchases and upgrades, science supplies and fair, PE supplies and equipment and much, much more.

Your child's education directly benefits from your donation to wcef
Welcome to the 2019-20 school year! Every year, Parkmead relies on donations to WCEF to help fund a well-rounded, competitive education for your child.
Your donation to WCEF helps provide:
- Salaries for more than 20 specialists and teachers in Art, Music, Science, PE, and Math
- 36 weeks of Art, Music, Science classes (TK-5 and PE (1-5)
- Time for teacher collaboration
- Professional math coaching for teachers and students
We ask 100% of our families to participate every academic year by making a tax-deductible donation that's right for their budget.
GIVE TODAY OR GIVE MONTHLY. YOUR GIFT MATTERS. YOUR CHILD MATTERS. This year, our suggested ask is a one-time donation of $600 per student, or $50 a month for 12 months (roughly $1.75 a day). Your participation is the only way we can increase funding from TK-12 and elevate your child's education.
