Welcome to the Parkmead Parent Group!
Welcome to the 2020-21 school year! Our online registration system will be open on July 27, 2020.
You will need to access the Aeries Parent Portal to verify/update your student information. If you do not already have an Aeries Parent Portal account, the primary parent contacts will be sent an email with instructions on how to access the portal. Instructions are on each page and can be found on our website at www.walnutcreeksd.org. (portal access via Chrome or Firefox on a laptop or desktop computer is recommended) You must have an email address on file to complete online registration. Please note: We will not be completing address verification this year if you are a returning student to Parkmead.
The Parkmead Membership Toolkit portal allows you to connect with other Parkmead families using the online directory, volunteer for school events and make a donation to our Parent Group (PERC). It is important that all families provide their information here. The collection of this data will ensure you are added to our weekly E-News list, which is sent out every Wednesday. We highly suggest taking just a moment to quickly Bookmark this page so that you will always have quick access to all your school resources!
We cannot provide Parkmead students with the best possible experiences without your financial help. This year our annual fund is $150 per family. Membership Toolkit collects data by family (not by student) so your voluntary donation is also by family not per student. This voluntary donation goes directly to the Parent Group to fund classroom supplies, special classroom activities and whole school events like the Fall Carnival, One School One Book, technology purchases and upgrades, science supplies and fair, PE supplies and equipment and much, much more.
If you already have a Membership Toolkit account with another organization,
you can use the same log-in here.

All purchases and donations are OPTIONAL and can be made either online using a credit card, or by check or cash at WBD.
We appreciate your consideration of supporting collaborative fundraising through the Walnut Creek Education Foundation and joining your school’s PTA/PTO.
Monday, August 17th is the first day of school. We look forward to a great school year!

Thank You -Your child's education directly benefits from your donation to wcef
WCEF works closely with our districts, principals, and donors to support the needs of all 5,100 students. WCEF asks for $600 per student ($50 per month), but due to budget cuts and added expenses such as 1:1 technology, we recommend $800 per student.
We understand family budgets vary; please give what you can.

California’s shrinking education budget can affect your child through reduced access to the arts and science, fewer electives, reduced library hours, little to no additional math support, lack of counselors/support staff, and more. This doesn’t have to happen. Help deliver an enhanced education to our students. Donate to WCEF today.
Though we are starting school in a distance learning environment, our students still depend on donations to WCEF to provide district-wide programs and salaries at all WCSD schools and Las Lomas High School. Our schools are facing the worst budgets in decades. WCEF is committed to remaining nimble as we continue to serve our students, staff, and administrators this year and in years to come.
Parkmead relies on your donation to help WCEF raise $1.3 million this year to help offset the deficit, stabilize the district’s budget and preserve an enhanced education for your child, for this year and into the future.
EVERY STUDENT BENEFITS. EVERY DOLLAR MATTERS.
Since 1983, WCEF has been investing donations from parents and community members directly back into the Walnut Creek School District and Las Lomas High School to deliver a well-rounded and competitive education for your child. Visit www.wcefk12.org for more information.
