Join us for an all new fitness class taught by our very own Kim Janson!
Kim and Kruti Amin will be hosting a 50 minute lagree class. Lagree is a full body, low impact, high intensity workout. This class will challenge and push you to new limits through a slow controlled resistance training. Following the class will be a smoothie bar to reenergize you while you visit with friends.
Class is Saturday, February 22nd at 3:00 PM.
